He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Janacek and Mary Jane Janacek (Wild); his brother Jeff Janacek; and his pet Tig. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Janacek (Christina), Bryan Janacek and Karissa Janacek; his siblings, Mary Jane Brewster (Roger), Linda Janacek (Wayne Dye), Judi Kupferschmidt (Kerry) and Cyndi Graham (Bill); his sister-in-law Dr. Sally Colwell; and his grandchildren, Raegan, Marek, Madilynn, Dominik and Adrik. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
