He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lawrence Cunningham, Hilda Cunningham, James Dillon and Norma Dillon; and his cousin Maida Garcia.

He is survived by: his close friend Pastor Johnny Fetzer; his wife Aubrie Marie Cunningham; his parents, Alan Scott and Claudia Jean Cunningham; his sister Dara Rae Getchell (Evan Getchell); and his nieces and nephews, Riley, Byron, Bebo, Leeland, Ivan, Remington, Silas, Lyla and Zander. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
