She is survived by: her fiancé John Urban; her children, Brandon Fox, Brady Fox, Jesse Fox and Olivia Gilbert; her grandchildren, Adyson Fox, Raegyn Fox, Asher Fox, Gracyn Fox, London Fox, Hayden Meyer and Liam Meyer; her parents, Helen Haak and Garry Haak; her sisters, Jerri Therkilson (Mike Johnson) and Kayla Wersal (Martin Wersal); and her pets, Piper Lou, Gigi June and Bella Rose. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews.
