She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Whitted and Dorothy Whitted (Caldwell); and her husband Harold Smith. She is survived by: her children, Karen Taverna (Gary) and Brian Smith (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Brandon Smith, Britni Rivers, Tyler Taverna and Andrew Taverna; and her brother Alan Whitted. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Community of Hope Church of the Nazarene (16549 Johnson Rd N, Brainerd, MN 56401). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
