With sadness, we share the passing of Gail Imgrund of Brainerd, Minnesota. Gail, born on December 19, 1926, passed away on October 8, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Copa and Mary Copa; her husband John'Sugarplum'; and her siblings, Delphene Brown, Rosemary Calhoon, Roberta Latimere and Anthony Copa.
She is survived by: her children, John (Dee), Vernon, David Imgrund and Joyce Shiner; her sisters, Betty Wilson and Bernice Prodraza; and her sister-in-law Jackie Zuhar. She is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Andrew's Catholic Church (1108 Willow St, Brainerd, MN 56401). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Minnesota Veterans Cemetery (15550 MN-115, Little Falls, MN 56345).
