He was predeceased by: his parents, George Augst and Eleanor Augst (Baligrodzki). He is survived by: his wife Cherry Worlie; his sons, George A. Augst of North Branch and Andrew Augst of Andover; and his siblings, Gerald Augst of Brainerd, Jeanette Schwartz (Sylvester Chip) of Crosby and Carol Harding of Crosby. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
