He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Puchalla and Veronica Puchalla. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Rothstein; his children, Jerry Puchalla (Debbie), Jason Puchalla (Pam) and Jody Erwin; and his siblings, Harvey Puchalla (Sue), Elaine Niehaus, Kenneth Puchalla and Lavonne Sustercich (Mike). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren.
