She was predeceased by: her father Robert Rohlfing; her aunt Judy; and her uncles, Martin and Craig. She is survived by: her mother Betty Rohlfing (Fallgren); her husband Rex Smith; her children, Frankie Pace, Lilly Pace and Jacob Pace (Morgan); her grandchildren, Toby and Emery; her siblings, Rose and Eric; and her mother-in-law Mary Lou Smith (Margret Hall). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, and many bonus children in her children's friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Nelson-Doran Funeral Home (202 8th Ave NE, Brainerd, MN 56401). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are preferred to Fanconi Cancer Foundation and a local dog shelter of your choosing.
