We announce the death of Richard Lee Adams of Brainerd, Minnesota, who passed away on September 12, 2026, at the age of 73. Richard will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Adams and Alfreda Adams (Neilsen); his brothers, Dean and Larry; and his niece Rhonda Adams.
He is survived by: his children, Amanda Adams (Jason), Echo Ongechi (Emmanuel) and Damen Adams (Katie).
The military honors will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 3:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at the Fort Ripley Town Hall (5190 Legend Ln, Fort Ripley, MN 56449).
