He was predeceased by: his parents, George Horak and Dorothy Horak; and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his children, Lynn Fitch (Al), Allen Horak (Deanna) and Brian Horak; and his siblings, Mary Kollodge, Kathy Welch, Tammy Benjamin and Jim Horak. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
