He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Charnley (Mick) and Bev Charnley (Bowers). He is survived by: his sisters, Lynne Chapman of Grand Rapids, MN and Deb Wallene (Ben) of Grand Rapids, MN; and his nephew Kenny Charnley of Bellevue, WA.. He is also survived by several cousins, aunts and close friends.
