She is survived by: her parents, Dave Novak and Janelle Larson; her daughters, Autumn and Summer; her grandmother Doris Novak; and her siblings, Kandice Novak, Shayla Reep (Matthew) and Sam (Alison). She is also survived by 2 nieces and many cousins, aunts and uncles.
