He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Neubauer and Minnie Neubauer (Hornstine); his former wife MaryAnn Garvey; his stepdaughter Brenda Storo (Jay); and his siblings, Curt, Terry Neubauer and Waiva.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Neubauer; his grandchildren, Cari Ridley (James) of West Fargo, Jayson Storo of Pickerel Lake and Samuel Storo (Elisha) of Wahpeton; his great grandchildren, Cassandra Swenson (Storo), Jordan, Jasmine Ridley, Brady, Jada Storo (Isaac), Madalyn, Kylie and Caleb Storo; his great great grandchildren, Madison, Parker Swenson, Nova and Atlas Meyer; his siblings, Bruce Neubauer and Tracy; and his stepchildren, Nicole Clinton and Wade Clinton.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Joseph Vertin & Sons Funeral Home (303 5th St N, Breckenridge, MN 56520). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Riverside Cemetery Riverside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Red River Area Sportsman Club, the Valley-Lake Boys Home, or the Minnesota Youth Shotgun Association.
