He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Leinen (Kathy); his children, Brett Johnson (Michelle), Cindy Becker (Brian) and Ryan Johnson (Missy); his grandchildren, Alissa (Blake), Alec, Lauren, Ryanna, M'Kenna, Parker, Keira, Emerson and Bridger; and his great grandchildren, Ella, Emery and Beck.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to the Antelope Cemetery or Hospice of the Red River Valley.
