He is survived by: his wife Shirley Fore; his daughters, Staci Olson (Dale) of Stanchfield and Michele Sullivan (Wade) of Isanti; his grandchildren, Evan and Addison Rothbauer; and his siblings, Verla Donat, Audrey Klande (Brian) and Levi Martfeld. He is also survived by several brothers/sisters-in-law; many nieces, nephews, other relative and friends.
