Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Advent Lutheran Church (9475 Jefferson Hwy, Maple Grove, MN 55369). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family requests memorial contributions to be made in Jan's memory to Advent Lutheran Church or The ALS Association.
