He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dorothy, Melvin Brown, Lois and Lawrence Cuzzupe Sr.; and his stepmother Judy Bass.
He is survived by: his mother Joyce Cuzzupe; his wife Nichole "Niki" Cuzzupe; his children, Jalen and Nyla; his best fur-friends, Franklin and Sammy; his father Lawrence "Larry" Cuzzupe; his sisters, Amy Schmidt and Angela Solie (Eric); his nieces, Ellen, Nina and Mira; his nephew Ethan; his in-laws, Margaret and Lon Levitre; and his brother-in-law John Levitre. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, step siblings, cousins, numerous friends, and co-workers.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Coon Rapids Chapel (1827 Coon Rapids Blvd, Coon Rapids, MN 55433). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials can be directed to support Niki and their kids or IAFF Center of Excellence in Tony's honor.
