She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Hanson; her parents, Ruth Broude and William Thorburn; her sisters, Annabelle and Evelyn; and her great grandchild Daniel Antonio Peso Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Patty Porter (Paul), Bruce Hanson (Mary), Marietta Mason (Jerry), Tom Hanson (Janice) and Barb Herrera (Sergio); and her grandchildren, Michael Porter (Stefani), William Porter, George Hanson (Natalie), Chevis Peso (Dan), Andy Hanson (Cassie), Rigo Rivas, Laura Hanson, Julio Herrera, Rachel Vadnais (Scott), Emily Hanson, Mauro Herrera and Marietta Herrera (Sam Volkert). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to Dementia/Alzheimer's and/or Diabetes research.
