She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Burwell and Alice Burwell; her husband John; her sons, Rusty, Rick and Michael; and her siblings, Louis and Russell.

She is survived by: her pet Cujo; her children, Douglas Earnest (Lori), Kim Earnest (Brian Miller), Tara, Riley, Patrick, Carly, Baily and Frankie; and her siblings, Gordon, Gary and Joann Hancock (Bill). She is also survived by extended family and good friends.
