He is survived by: his wife Marty Jonason; his children, Bruce Jonason (Sandy), Sheryl Neuman (Jim), Paul Jonason (Jennifer) and Janelle Aamot (Ryan); his grandchildren, Kayla, Kelsey, Alec, Katie, Michael, Isaac, Jessica (Mike), Anna, Adam, April, Erin, Theo and Rosie; his sister Carolyn Crosby (Dale); and his nieces and nephews, Kim and Bridgett. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lutheran Church (1200 69th Ave N, Brooklyn Center, MN 55430). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to LCM or Chisago Lakes Lutheran Church, Center City, MN.
