“To Donna's family - my heartfelt sympathy to you all with her passing. She definitely went through plenty of challenges with her health. I worked with Donna at City Hall and looked forward to getting together with her and our other retired ladies every summer when visiting Minnesota from Texas. I think she was funnier than people realized. I will surely miss her.”
