She was predeceased by: her parents, John Derbis and Helen Derbis. She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Dan (Kris), Donny (Heidi) and Deanna (Matt); and her grandchildren, Carter, Gavin, Abbey, Tristan, Grace, Quinn, Joey, Owen and Martie.

In Donna's memory, donations may be made to the Animal Humane Society.
