He was predeceased by : his parents, Dr. Alonzo John Morley and Eloise Stewart Morley; and his siblings, Stewart Morley, Marilyn Washburn, Diane Hellstrom and Janet Taylor.

He is survived by : his wife Judith Ann Hartman; and his children, Brian G. Morley, Bruce A. Morley (Jackie Slade), Laura A. Greenig (Bradford) and Robert A. Morley (Sarah Dombkowski). He is also survived by his wife, four children, six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
