He was predeceased by: his son Michael. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughter-in-law Amy Okaya; his daughters, Lynda Lestor (Carl) and Lisa DeVries (Scott); and his grandchildren, Kelsey Thayer (Damon), Kellen Lestor (Jenn), Tyler DeVries (Katie), Derek DeVries and Kyle DeVries. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
