She is survived by: her daughter Haili Kurth; her mother Marlene Kurth; her brother Jeffrey Kurth (Jennifer); her nieces and nephews, Taylor (Carliee), Alexa and McKenzie; and her pet Oakley. She is also survived by other loving relatives & friends.
