She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hachlowski and Pearl Hachlowski; her granddaughter Lucy Hesby; and her husband Patrick. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Hesby (Jay), Michael (Julie) and Brian (Connie); her grandchildren, Sally Carvajalino (Yair), Eric (Ellen), Jamie Blaney (Peter), Jamin Hesby and Nathan; and her great grandchildren, Louis, Scout, Leonardo and Lucy Carvajalino.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Lucy Mae Hesby "She Makes a Difference" Memorial Scholarship.
