It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lillian Elvira Berglund of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, who passed away on September 25, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Berglund; her parents, Peder Torkildson and Vernice Torkildson; her siblings, Albert, Evelyn and Ellen; and her son Richard Berglund (Linda).

She is survived by: her siblings, John Torklidson (Jean) and Anne DuBois; her sons, Robert Berglund (Rubye) and John Berglund (Karen); and her grandchildren, Amanda Pipp (Andrew), Brenda Rogers (Andy), Brian Berglund (Sara), Kris Berglund and Michael Berglund (Stephanie).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hope Lutheran Church (5200 Emerson Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55422). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Glen Haven Memorial Gardens (5125 W Broadway, Minneapolis, MN 55429).
