He was predeceased by: his parents, Ap Khai Tram and Binh Thi Ly. He is survived by: his wife Ann Luu; his brother Tong Tram; and his children, Lisa (Vinh), Kim, Katie, Austin (Josie), Olivia, Hannah, John, Kevin (Carmen) and Nick (Vivian).
A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Kozlak-Radulovich Funeral Chapel-Maple Grove (13745 Reimer Dr N, Osseo, MN 55311). Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A procession was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
