She is survived by: her husband Sergeant Don Bechtold; her daughters, Heather Nieminski (Brant) and Beth Mercer (James); her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Hunter, Jack, Dylan, Tyler and Ryan; her brother Geoff Griffin; and her siblings-in-law, Leslie Griffin, Gloria Griffin, Diane Saxton and Wally Bechtold (Becky). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed in Mary's name to the St. Jude Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org) Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to The Peterson Chapel of St. Michael-Albertville.
