Nancy Beth Brown Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Beth Brown of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, who passed away on May 25, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Dobbratz and Viola Dobbratz (Schroeder); her former husband Milton Markworth; her husband Robert Bortot; her former husband Dennis Brown; her siblings, Joan Morton and Robert; and her daughter-in-law Jodi Markworth.

She is survived by: her daughter Chrissie Hanson (Bruce); her grandchildren, Katie, Rachel, Alyssa and Christopher; her son Tim Markworth; her grandchildren, Josh and Jakobe; her son Dan Markworth (Jen); her grandchildren, Gabe and Eli; and her son Jonathan Markworth.

In lieu of memorials, the family would prefer donations made in Nancy's memory to the Parkinson's Foundation Minnesota and Dakotas Chapter.
