He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Reger and Ann Reger; his siblings, Marion, Vern, Leo, Evelyn, Gene and Phyllis (Gerry Reger); his son Steven Reger; and his son-in-law Darreld Bradford.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Gerry" Burnes; his children, Mike (Rosie), Cindy, Julie (Jon) and Lori (Jack); his daughter-in-law Nancy; and his siblings-in-law, Darlene, Jane Burnes and Robbie Robinson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Alzheimer's Association or Diabetes Association.
