He was predeceased by: his father Robert Urick. He is survived by: his wife Layne; his mother Brigetta Quinn; his sister Lisa Edberg; his stepmother Tobi Urick; his sisters, Brandi Nosbusch and Cheroki Urick; his parents-in-law, Jerry and Linda Woodruff; his brother-in-law Barry Woodruff; his nephew Tyler Woodruff; his niece Brynn Nosbusch; and his pet Oscar.
