He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Lewis; his children, Lonny (Carol), Tracy Lewis (Stacey), Tammie Lewis and Ammie Zachow (Larry); his grandchildren, Ashley Mersbergen (Chris), Abby Zachow, Cody Lewis (MaKenna), Zach Lewis, Kaitlyn Lewis, McKenzie Krumm, Lane Zachow, Wyatt Lewis, Andrew Goers and Peter Goers; his great grandchildren, Mason, Hadley, Karley Mersbergen, Coraline, Willow and Waylon Lewis; and his siblings, Helen Bjorge, Donna Solbreken (Loren), Donald (Kym) and Jon Lewis (Jodi). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
