He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Motzko (Claseman) and Stanley Motzko; his wife Alice Motzko (Biermaier); his siblings, Edna Hengemuhle, Beatrice Biermaier, Octiva Shimota, Jeannette Scott, Giles Motzko and Norbert Motzko; and his daughter-in-law Kimberly Motzko.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Motzko (Lynette), Carmen Weske (Dann), Dan Motzko (Candi), Janet Kuball (Kurt) and Becky Lothert (Jeff); and his siblings, Roy Motzko and Inez Twardowski. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
