He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlyn Johnson and Mildred Johnson (Wilm); his sister Mary; and his goddaughter Jenna Heck. He is survived by: his sons, Dean Johnson (Christel) and Keith Johnson (Brooke Jundt); and his siblings, Jerry Johnson (Diane), Don Johnson (Glenda), Steve Johnson, Peggy Heck (Gerald) and Patty Blegen. He is also survived by five granddaughters and five grandsons.
