He was predeceased by: his parents, Tennis and Ethyl; his stepmother Avis Oakland Epland; his mother-in-law Edna Riskedahl; and his nephews, Chris Jensen and Mark Riskedahl.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Riskedahl; his children, Joyce Slegh (Kent), Ordean Oyer (Mardy), Nadine Luna (Fabian) and Deanne Trom (Jim); his grandchildren, Nathan (Shaofang), Jon Slegh, Stacia Krell (Tyler), Lacey Kiger (Ryan), Travis Oyer (Baillie Klingfus), Tehya Cantu (Patrick Creamer), Zoë Cantu, Justin and Maggie Trom; his great grandchildren, Alayna, Orion, Gideon, Kira, Emma, Lane, Lila and Adeline; his brother David Oyer (Julie); and his brother-in-law Doug (Audrey). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
