She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Speltz; her grandparents, Herman, Lillian Selz, Stanley and Angela Speltz; her cousin Justine Ringberg; her aunt Kitty Selz; and her godfather Ray Keating.
She is survived by: her mother Sheila Speltz of New Brighton, MN.; her daughter Elizabeth (Izzy) of Buffalo, MN; her husband Keith Vars; her son Alexander (Alex); her brothers, Bob Speltz (Dwight Adkins) of Portland, OR., Mike Speltz (Stacy) of Coon Rapids, MN and Mark Speltz (Kari) of Lafayette, CA.; and her nieces and nephews, Annamaria, Marie, Nick and Liam. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, co-workers, and neighbors.
