He is survived by: his daughter Malinda "Mickey" Johanson (Dimont "D. J."); his granddaughters, Anna Brummer and Piper "Monkey" Johanson; his stepfather Dean LaVine; and his siblings, Rick Leffler (Denise), Lori Adickes (Joe), Bob Leffler and Darrien Leffler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
