He was predeceased by: his parents, Reiner Speikers and Angeline Speikers (Stadler); his brothers, Andrew Speikers (Janet) and Roger Speikers (Kathleen); his nephew David Speikers; and his in-laws, Jerome and Marie Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Judy; and his brother Martin Speikers (Jane).
