He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald J. Lower and Anita Lower (Kershaw); his grandson Silas Lower; his aunt Ginny Bunte; and his brother-in-law Wally Sinko.

He is survived by: his wife Cindy Lower (Greenhagel); his children, April Vedders (Jared), Chad Lower (Kelly) and Alec Lower (Shanna); his grandchildren, Logan, Lyla, Ethan, Spencer, Everleigh and Cade; and his siblings, Cheryl Sinko and Michael Lower. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.

“I have such fond memories of Chuck at Resurrection and he was always so supportive, kind, and full of love. I’ll never forget a trip to Powder Ridge and snow tubing with Chuck included tons of fun and laughter. There was also a time during a faith building event where we were partnered up to learn about each other and I remember saying it was a dream of mine to go to London and again, he was so encouraging and I thought about him often when I did make it there. All my love to all the Lowers.”
