She is survived by: her children, Jeff Witherbee (Sherrie), Jill Scofield (Roger Byman) and Julie Kalkman (Mike); her grandchildren, Jake Witherbee (Sarah), Matt Witherbee (Jenna) and Megan Smith (Rob); her children, Sam Carlson (Kyle), Emma Gordon (Patrick), Sydney Bleuer (Andy), Madeline and Maria Kalkman; and her friend Dick Alberico. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
