He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Raffenbeul and Alma Raffenbeul (Brehmer). He is survived by: his wife Marlys; his daughter Laural Johnson (Charlie) of Excelsior; his grandchildren, Zach, Quinne, Emilia and Will; his son Matt (Jenny) of Ashburn, VA; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Finley and Nivaeh; and his brother Dennis. He is also survived by sisters-in-law; and several nieces and nephews and their extended families.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be sent to North Memorial Hospice, Scholarship YME, or the cancer charity of your choice.
