He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Puffer and Elsie Puffer (Wright); his brother Richard "Dick" Puffer; his sister-in-law Mary Puffer; his niece Susie Puffer; and his nephew Wesley Puffer.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Puffer of John's Lutheran Church; and his sister Margie Puffer. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
