She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Cacka and Praxess Cacka (Pokornowski); her husband Francis Alfred Otten; her siblings, Janet and Lorin; and her daughter-in-law Glory Bea Otten.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Otten (Debbie), Chuck Otten, Mary Eull (Carl), Jean Scott (Rick), Joan Weber (Joe) and Mike Otten (Roxie); and her siblings-in-law, Ernie Bayerl, Donnie Otten and LaVonne Cacka. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.
