He was predeceased by: his parents, George Swartzer and Susan Swartzer (Gallus); his granddaughter Brittany Jenkins; his siblings, Walter, Jack, Joe, Donald, George, Marvin, Lorraine Lynch, Elizabeth Bury, Luverne Blackketter and Gladys Swartzer; his siblings-in-law, Marguerite, Rosemary, Sandy, Mary Helen, Laurie Swartzer, Bonnie Endreson, Emmett Lynch, Louis Bury, Leo Blackketter, Tom Kuka and Ed Windsperger; and his parents-in-law, Leonard and Joyce Endreson.
He is survived by: his wife Renee Endreson; his children, Jennifer Swartzer (David) of Buffalo, MN, Jamie Swartzer (April) of Buffalo, MN and Michael Swartzer (Tonia) of Keller, TX; his grandchildren, Keisha, Kiarra Jenkins, Katie, Corbin Swartzer, Sydney and Bennet Swartzer; his siblings, Tony, Gene, Bob, Peter Swartzer, Marion Kuka and Susan Windsperger; and his sisters-in-law, Irene, Dorothy, Mary Lynn, Alice Swartzer, Candice Endreson, Kathe Kasheimer (Pat), Pam Scheuble and Teri Welter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of Czestochowa Catholic Church (1867 95th St SE, Delano, MN 55328). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
