He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Kappa and Lucille Kappa (Kilzer); and his sister Leanne Spees-Kappa. He is survived by: his wife Heidi Erickson; his sons, Sean Burch (Jordan) and Michael Burch (Landree); his grandchildren, Caleb, Sydney, Peyton, Lucas, Samuel and Soren; and his siblings, Jeff Kappa, Lynn Anton (Sam) and Michael Kappa (Kim). He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
