He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kuklock and Caroline Kuklock (Sellner); and his girlfriend Jolene Jordan. He is survived by: his daughter Kristine Teesdale of Rockford; and his siblings, Linda Dols (Joe) of Hackensack and Stephen Kuklock (Barb) of Plymouth. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
