As Maurice departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Maurice may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Maurice leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Sr. Bowers and Grace Bowers (Reed); his wife LaVonne "Bonnie" Bowers; his brothers, Earl Bowers Jr. and Paul; and his sister-in-law Delores "Em" Bowers.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Bowers (Starr), Matthew Bowers (Peggy) and Anne Zell (Michael); his sister Ida Bales (Jim); and his sister-in-law Jean Bowers. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
