He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Jossart and Esther Jossart (Johnson); and his siblings, Ron, Jim and Joyce.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Paul (Terry), Ruth, Dale, Gary (Francie) and Chad (Bobbie); and his brother Curtis (Sara). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
