He is survived by: his siblings' children, Christopher, Astra, Thomas and Angie; his siblings, Stephen (Linda), Randall (Carol), Arnie (Gloria), Maribeth Tuttle (Earl), Karolyn Skudlarek (Larry), Kathleen Michalicek and Anne Fordyce (Michael James); and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl, Julie Michalicek and David Rose. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives, and many close friends.
